Inleiding

Het spel 'New World' wordt ontwikkeld door Amazon Game Studio(AGS) en draait op hun eigen CryEngine. De ontwikkeling van dit spel duurt nu al ongeveer bijna 5 jaar. AGS omschrijft het spel als een "Sandbox" of een "Open Wereld MMO".

Het verhaal

'New World' speelt zich af in een parallelle wereld in de 17e eeuw(1600-1700). Als avonturier vaar je richting het eiland Terra Vitae Aeternum, ook wel genaamd Aeternum. Voordat je het eiland bereikt eindig je in een storm wat tot schipbreuk leidt. Al snel zul je ondervinden dat het eiland vol gevaar zit, waarin duistere krachten zich schuil houdt. Één van de belangrijkste gevaren komt voort uit "Azoth", dit is een kracht die o.a. magie mogelijk maakt op het eiland. Sommige beweren dat Azoth "het eeuwige leven" bevat en andere beweren dat Azoth de Duivel zelf vertegenwoordigd. Azoth wordt gezien als de ultieme macht. Iedereen wilt het bezitten en uiteindelijk schijnt dat iedereen er ten onder aan gaat.

De belangrijkste gevaren komen voort uit de volgende groepen:
  • De gecorrumpeerden(the corrupted); iedereen raakt gecorrumpeerd door Azoth. De gecorrumpeerden organiseren zich onder een mysterieuze dame en zullen in hordes aanvallen. In de eerste trailer spreekt ze ook de speler aan als "de heer van de beloofde macht".
  • De originele bewoners uit de oudheid(the ancients); de oude beschaving, waarvan de tempels en pyramides zijn.
  • De verdwaalden(the lost); dit zijn de voorgaande ontdekkingsreizigers uit verschillende tijdperken(waaronder de Romeinen), die vast op het eiland zitten en hun ziel kwijt zijn geraakt.

Gameplay

Als speler ontdek je het eiland en zal je moeten vechten tegen de ondode en tegen het bovennatuurlijke. De gecorrumpeerden proberen het eiland over te nemen met het motto: "je sluit bij ze aan of je gaat eraan". Het vechten heeft iets weg van Dark Souls en is grotendeels gebaseerd op ervaring en behendigheid(skill). Bij een aanval zit je vast aan de animatie, waarbij de lichaamstaal verraad wat voor aanval er komt. Door op het juiste moment de aanval te ontwijken, afslaan of tegen aan te vallen ontstaat er een interessante gevechtssysteem. Aanvallen moet daarnaast ook op de vijand gericht zijn, anders zal je de aanval missen. Speler-tegen-Speler zal een belangrijke rol spelen in het beheren van territorium tussen verschillende bedrijven(gildes) met verschillende facties.

Klassen & progressie

In New World zijn er geen klassen restricties. Je kunt verschillende rollen spelen op basis van de situatie. Overigens moeten attribuut punten wel verdeeld worden. Elke wapens heeft zijn eigen vertakkingen en combinaties. Elk wapenmeesterschap bevat 30 skills om vrij te spelen.

Er zijn meer dan een dozijn "Trade skills", zoals houthakken, houtbewerken, mijnen, bouwen, metaal smelten, kruiden verzamelen, naaien, jagen, vellen, verven, vissen en steenwerken.

Speler tegen Speler (PvP)

PvP komt in verschillende vormen:
  • Bedrijf-tegen-Bedrijf(Siege); hier gaat het om vechten over territorium, 50-tegen-50 is hierbij mogelijk. Bij een te kort kan dit opgevuld worden door randoms die in dezelfde factie zitten. voor dat je een nederzetting aanvalt moet je eerst nog een strategisch punt in nemen, die is aangegeven met een vlag/banner van je bedrijf. De bedoeling is om het fort binnen te dringen, waarbij je de muren kan opblazen met vaten kruit of de poorten kan inslaan. Met als doel moet je het centrum bereiken, waar je de nederzetting kan op claimen. Wanneer het aanvallende bedrijf niet binnen de timer de vlag heeft geclaimd wint de verdedigende partij. Nederzettingen kunnen alleen binnen een bepaald uur aangevallen worden die overigens de eigenaar van de bezittende partij kan bepalen. Dit is zo geregeld dat iedereen niet 24/7 paraat hoeft te zijn om hun claim te kunnen verdedigen.
  • PvP wordt van level 10 beschikbaar, zodra je bent aangesloten bij een factie. Daarnaast droppen spelers geen loot, wanneer ze doodgaan. PvP kun je aan of uitzetten in je huis of in een nederzetting. Volgens de ontwikkelaars zullen de PvPers extra beloond worden. Ook is er een wereld scoreboord voor de competitieve spelers onder ons.

Speler tegen Omgeving (PvE)

PvE bestaat uit:
  • Open wereld dungeons en raids.
  • World bosses/ Eindbazen
  • Arena, waarbij de moeilijkheidsgraad steeds hoger wordt. Je kan de Arena betreden als je een groep van 5 hebt en de benodigde sleutel bezit. Je verliest de sleutel weer zodra je het einde van de arena niet haalt.
  • Vechten tegen de gecorrumpeerden, de verdwaalden, de oudheden en de Dryads(monsters die dicht bij de natuur staan en verbonden zijn met het eiland. Zij bewaken o.a. de geheimen van het eiland en proberen de mensen te verdrijven).
  • Invasies van hordes(evenement) gecorrumpeerden dit kan overal op de map voorkomen

De verdwaalden

Nederzettingen

Bestaat uit forten die door Bedrijven gecontroleerd worden. Een nederzetting wordt bestuurd door een gouverneur die de plaatselijke politiek bepaald. Hierbij komt o.a. belasting bij kijken die periodiek voldaan moet worden, zowel per speler als voor de nederzetting zelf. Als een speler niet kan voldoen aan de betaling dan wordt zijn huis "gefixeerd" en kan de speler geen gebruik maken van de boosts/buffs. Daarnaast bepaald de gouverneur wat er verbouwd wordt aan de nederzetting en welke upgrades er komen. De Gouverneur kan ook de belasting bepalen op o.a. crafting. Alle spullen in huizen van spelers zijn veilig en kunnen niet geloot worden.

Facties

Er zijn in New World drie facties:
  • De Marauders; militaire factie en een tikkeltje barbaars. Haasten zich vaak in gevecht.
  • De Syndicate; waar intelligentie en geniepigheid in hun aard zit. De Syndicate zijn grote voorstanders van de verlichting.
  • De Covenant; zijn de conservatieven en houden zich vast aan het geloof.
Facties bieden missies voor verschillende soorten uitrusting.

Bedrijven

Onder de MMO spelers bekend als Guilds/Gilden. Is momenteel gelimiteerd tot 50 spelers. Het is nog niet bekend of er allianties gesmeed kunnen worden in het spel zelf. Een bedrijf bestaat uit hiërarchie met verschillende rangen, waarbij de Gouverneur de leider is en de Consulten de Raadsleden zijn. Een bedrijf kan alleen aan één fractie verbonden zijn en dit is niet meer te veranderen. Ook moeten bedrijfsleden vooraf de goede factie opgeven. Bij het bereiken van level tien moet je gelijk de goede factie hebben gekozen, anders kun je niet in het bedrijf komen.

Wereld Map

Aeternum omvat 43 kilometer aan land en er kunnen 1000 spelers tegelijk spelen in één server. Maakt gebruikt van een wachtrij, wanneer die vol is. Dit is overigens een oude kaart, wellicht is die al aangepast. Dateert uit 2018.
43 kilometer aan map, van het zuiden naar het noorden kost je zo 45 minuten- 120 minuten.

Spullen kun je ontbinden, waardoor de materialen weer beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast is er ook een skill om spulen te repareren. Wapens en uitrusting kunnen gemaakt worden in verschillende klassen, Tier1 t/m Tier5. Voor betere kwaliteit(standaard, goed, superieur, ambacht, feilloos) heb je aanvullende materialen nodig.
Materialen hebben ook een bepaalde zeldzaamheid onderverdeeld in: wit, groen, blauw, paars.

Eigen huis

Geheel te decoreren naar smaak, wordt gefixeerd als je geen belasting meer betaald. als je de belasting weer betaald heb kun je er weer volop gebruik van maken. Voordeel van een huis is dat je o.a. buffs krijgt. Daarnaast kun je hier PvP aan en uit schakelen. Overigens hoeft je je niet te haasten om een huis te nemen en kun je beter eerst goed sparen aangezien het best prijzig is. Het huis dat het best is gedecoreerd, wordt vertoond in de nederzetting. Meerdere mensen kunnen hetzelfde huis bezitten, alleen zijn dit uiteraard aparte kamers en ruimtes. Voor decoreren is er ook een scorebord.

Inventaris & opslag

Inventaris van je rugzak wordt bepaald op basis van gewicht en het zelfde geld voor je uitrusting. Het opslaan van je spullen is mogelijk in je eigen huis of in warenhuizen. Wapens die gedragen worden moeten naar de hotbar versleept worden om te kunnen gebruiken, daarnaast hebben skills een bepaalde tijd aan cooldown. Je kan 3 wapens gebruiken in je slotbar, waarbij je de andere twee wel eerst moet vrijspelen. In je hotbar kun je 4 consumeer middelen stoppen tegelijk, zoals etenswaren(buffs) of geneesmiddelen.

Huidige status

Het spel bevindt zich momenteel in Closed Alpha, waarin informatie niet gedeeld mag worden. Tenzij er toestemming is van AGS voor bepaalde content, voor de rest geldt er een geheimhoudingsplicht(NDA).
In april gaat de Closed Beta van start, waarbij de geheimhoudingsplicht wordt opgeheven. Bij Pre-Orderen doe je gegarandeerd mee met de Closed Beta, het is ook mogelijk om je in te schrijven via de officiële website van New World (zie bron!).
In de maand mei staat de game release op de planning, tenzij ze de release date verschuiven natuurlijk.

or Calculation Adjusted. This issue has crept in and vanished a few times over the past year, where from time to time, especially when wearing Power Armor, suddenly the amount of damage taken is close to / equal to what you would while naked and unarmored.
Exceptional Example is WhiteSprings Ghoul Hunting, you will tank 15+ Ghouls just fine, then the next grouping of five or so will hit like you are unarmored, often killing the player. The attacking NPC's were the same level and "type" as before but seem to completely ignore armor.
Troubleshooting has been difficult, but it seems almost like the Engine stops factoring in the players DR and in the case of Power Armor the Damage mitigation.

Dozens of reports outlining Sneak is completely ineffectual yet again.
No matter how effectively sneak effects are stacked, it has zero impact at all in how well you can hide from NPCs, or the total distance they detect the player.

Issue: Game volume is very low once world loads., Plugging in a Headset is required to return volume to normal. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)
Confirmed on Xbox by multiple players, however the "Start Date" is reported between Patch 10.00 (NW) and Patch 11.
You have to plug in a headset and keep it there or the game volume returns to the very low level and cannot be effected by settings (in game or Xbox).

C.A.M.P.

Issue: Atomic Shop Greenhouse is almost unusable and falsely advertised. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)

Again Multiple Posts Regarding this, I foolishly made the mistake of buying this with extra A.T.O.M. points I had and will be requesting a Refund in the Morning. Issues As follow.
-Will Not place Properly.
-No Snap Points besides the door that work consistently.
-Foundations Will not Snap.
-Cannot be placed ontop of Foundations.
-Does not trigger the Grass / Foliage "clearing" that most C.A.M.P. Items do.
-YOU CANNOT PLACE CROPS INSIDE IT, MAKING IT A DOME NOT A GREENHOUSE!
This appears to be an Alpha of the Nif or it was not fully tested in game, because in it's current state it's an expensive, pretty, but ultimately useless item.
Fix:
Add Correct Snap Points; Add either a second "Greenhouse" with a Dirty Foundation, give us "Plots" from FO4 or make the whole area count as ground; Make it a Foundation and a Second Story item for those of us that have Elevated camps; Add the Auto-Hide flags to it.

For some Bottle cap mines stored in stash are duplicating when removed from Stash.
Example: If you have (20) in stash and pull one from stash it will show 20 still in the stash and one in the players Inventory.
Reports of this occurring with other items, including PA have been noted.

Issue: "Switched Power Pylon - Keypad Access" is back to non-functional. (Ticket Submitted on 07/19/2019)
Returning Issue with multiple reports.
This was resolved in the major update to fix Keypads in player settlements, and there are a few reports this has rolled back.
Once the Pylon is placed, the switch would flip to off all by itself. You would enter in the code then it would flip on for 2 seconds and then auto flip back to off.
You could not use the switch. There was no action option on the switch.
Now we are back to where we started. I can freely flip the switch and interact with the keypad as two separate pieces. So the keypad is back to not having an affect on the switch. Nothing prevents me from using the switch, nor does entering the code on the keypad affect the switch.

Issue: Unable to build Objects from C.A.M.P. Menu regardless of requirements. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)

No error, but even with all requirements satisfied you will not be able to build X item in the C.A.M.P. Menu until you server hop.
Exiting the menu (which usually resolves this kind of ongoing issue) has no effect.
Can effect all C.A.M.P. Items or only a couple.

Legendary Drops:

Issue: Legendary Drop rate has WORSENED, dozens of reports of no Legendary items. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)
Or the only one receiving a legendary drop is the Party Leader.I've received countless messages and seen over a dozen posts in the last couple hours, the issue seems worse for "No Star" Legendary Enemies, which themselves might be bugged as it appears Legendary NPC's should spawn as a 1 to 3 Star NPC.

NPCs:

Issue: Corpses are vanishing in many cases almost instantly. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)
The NPC Corpses are turning into Meatpiles almost instantly and "Rubber Banding" back to the spawn location.
For both Random spawns and Fixed NPC spawn locations, they are occasionally completely vanishing.
This issue has existed since around Patch 9.0, but appears to have gotten worse in patch 11.0

Issue: NPC's Not Registering Damage from High Damage / RoF Weapons. (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Multiple Reports, Issue Started Pre-Patch 11, but seems to be a bit worse.
Significantly worse from Sneak, with High Rate of Fire Weapons, or "Very Fast" Melee Weapons, initial Damage is not registering.
With Melee It can be up to the first 4 strikes, with RoF weapons it seems roughly the same count.

Issue: Reduced Legendary NPC Spawn Rate. (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Multiple Reports.
Whitesprings, West Tek, Harper's Ferry, etc;
Typically will have multiple legendary enemies on each visit.
Post Patch 11 people are reporting zero legendary enemies at West Tek and Harper's Ferry and an average of 2 at Whitesprings.
Compounded with the Fact this patch is resulting the majority of Legendary Enemies not dropping any Legendaries for people (Countless posts on this) this "Nerf", unintentional or otherwise needs to be addressed.
The Multiple "Nerfs" to locations players like to "Farm" needs to be stopped and rolled back, with the slower pace of content releases the only thing the Higher level players, hard core fans etc can do at this point is cycle through these commonly hit locations and "Farm" them because everything has been accomplished.
Removing this as an option means alienating the player base further, which in the end costs Bethesda/Zenimax revenue.
Fix:
Roll back the Nerfs to all of the worldspaces (White Springs and Watago being the two worst hit) and the Legendary NPC Spawn Rates.
Issue: Scorch Beasts might be the Cause of Deathzones players are encountering. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)
Multiple reports indicating the "Death Zones" seem to be Scorchbeast "Scream Attacks" that got stuck somehow.
While Fighting SB's, after being "screamed at" a deathzone appears (well it's invisible) and in some cases it happened more than once in the same zone while engaged with SB's.
A Cell Reset (no one in the Cell) and the Death zones vanishes, which would explain why White Springs has multiple reports because it almost never resets due to one or more players always there.

Power Armor:

Sprinting in PA then opening the map/pipboy keeps the AP draining.
Known and Old issue, will completely drain cores.

Issue: Excavator Carry Weight Issue Remains after "Power Armor Improvements". (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Again Multiple Reports, suggest fix has been submitted and ignored.
Excavator Power Armor Weight Bonus is Erratic, often adding over the 100 Bonus or Subtracting 100 Carry Weight, and in the worst of the situations it actively fluctuates in game up and down during “High Server Stress” situations.
This is likely caused by where the effect is located, to “High” in the chain, and the main Power Armor Effects should not be checking for the Excavator Keywords continuously.
Fix:
Move the AbPowerArmorPerk_Excavator "Excavator Bonuses" [SPEL:005303FF] off the PowerArmorPerk [PERK:0001F8A9] which is linked to over 110 dependencies.
Once removed it can either be modified and Converted into:
-Object Effect / Enchantment and placed in the EITM / Object Effect field of each Excavator Power Armor Piece.
-Enchantment and added to the Power Armor Linings, Configured to match the Power Armor Pant’s in game currently with an Enchant and an Actor Value check in each piece.

Originally occurring with Patch 10.0 and it's considerably worse under Patch 11.0
For some when logging it it will log and report EVERY single active quest with sound effects and UI report when logging into the game the first time.
For others they are either getting "False Completions", "False Progress Updates" or worse they are successfully completing the requirements and the game is not registering the reset or is Resetting back to 0/X/

Many players are seeing duplicate Weapons and Armor (primarily) in their Inventories and many players are Deleting (Scrapping, Selling, etc) the Duplicates out of concern of it being a Ban worthy offense only to discover it was a UI Glitch and they have now lost the item.
Problem appears compounded by the new PA "Fixes" included in Patch 11.0, where there are duplication and deletions occurring server side.

Issue: Opening the Social tab while Renaming an object will lock you in the menus. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)

If you are in a workbench renaming an Object and open your social tab (Accept a team invite, etc.) you will become lock into both menus, unable to exit either.
This is reproducible with unhealthy frequency, and seems to effect those with large friends list nearly 100% of the time.

Old issue, almost B.E.T.A. age, but it seems to have gotten worse, when opening the Social tab, roughly one second after it shows on screen, your client will freeze and if any input is sent from the Keyboard/Mouse it will crash the majority of the time.
Freeze can last for as little as 3 or 4 seconds or as long as 2 minutes.
There is also a PROVEN coloration to a persistent FPS Drop in game linked to a larger (50+) Friends list.

Based on the Information in the Mod it appears it the bonus Ammo Capacity was removed from the mod, but none of the other Mods were touched, Resulting in other mods on the weapon giving a higher ammo count.
Based on the actual weapon, with a base capacity of 30 rounds, the mod should have lost 5 - 10 rounds, as the practical example holds 75 rounds in real life.
Please don't just apply a nerf to all other Magazines, as one of the largest frustrations in the playerbase is the focus on "Nerfs" Vs Quality bug fixes

Issue: "Major Power Armor Update" is Exceptionally underwhelming, Revisit It. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)
Spending allot of time building up the major Power Armor update was a mistake in my opinion.The Stealthboy and HUD changes are both nice, but very minor all things considered.
Power Armor Remains the least powerful armor option once 1\ Legendary Armor comes into play,* and it's exponentially weaker once you reach 3* Armor.
The only major benefit(s) in favor of Power Armor remain:
-Nuke Zones
-Heavy Weapon Builds.
Many people only have a suit of PA for Nuke zones, and shockingly you'll find more people than you would expect choosing to use a Hazmat suit in it's place.
Additionally most Heavy Weapon builds taking advantage of 3* Armor are willing to take the Perk hit to keep the MASSIVE advantage Legendary Armor provides.
There are Literally hundreds of posts regarding this, below is one from Today.

This was brought up during the Alpha as well, along with a couple other Power Armor Related suggestions, but with in a couple hours there were several posts on Reddit Related to groups using the Power Armor Invuln period as a Defensive or Distraction based tactic.
As a core FO4 / FO76 function it shouldn't be removed of course, but in "Nuclear Winter" maybe the period should be tweaked a bit.

Issue: Incoming Damage from lower level / trash mobs seems to have increased. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)

or Calculation Adjusted. This issue has crept in and vanished a few times over the past year, where from time to time, especially when wearing Power Armor, suddenly the amount of damage taken is close to / equal to what you would while naked and unarmored.
Exceptional Example is WhiteSprings Ghoul Hunting, you will tank 15+ Ghouls just fine, then the next grouping of five or so will hit like you are unarmored, often killing the player. The attacking NPC's were the same level and "type" as before but seem to completely ignore armor.
Troubleshooting has been difficult, but it seems almost like the Engine stops factoring in the players DR and in the case of Power Armor the Damage mitigation.

Confirmed on Xbox by multiple players, however the "Start Date" is reported between Patch 10.00 (NW) and Patch 11.
You have to plug in a headset and keep it there or the game volume returns to the very low level and cannot be effected by settings (in game or Xbox).

Again Multiple Posts Regarding this, I foolishly made the mistake of buying this with extra A.T.O.M. points I had and will be requesting a Refund in the Morning. Issues As follow.
-Will Not place Properly.
-No Snap Points besides the door that work consistently.
-Foundations Will not Snap.
-Cannot be placed ontop of Foundations.
-Does not trigger the Grass / Foliage "clearing" that most C.A.M.P. Items do.
-YOU CANNOT PLACE CROPS INSIDE IT, MAKING IT A DOME NOT A GREENHOUSE!
This appears to be an Alpha of the Nif or it was not fully tested in game, because in it's current state it's an expensive, pretty, but ultimately useless item.

Add Correct Snap Points; Add either a second "Greenhouse" with a Dirty Foundation, give us "Plots" from FO4 or make the whole area count as ground; Make it a Foundation and a Second Story item for those of us that have Elevated camps; Add the Auto-Hide flags to it.

Issue: "Switched Power Pylon - Keypad Access" is back to non-functional. (Ticket Submitted on 07/19/2019)
Returning Issue with multiple reports.
This was resolved in the major update to fix Keypads in player settlements, and there are a few reports this has rolled back.
Once the Pylon is placed, the switch would flip to off all by itself. You would enter in the code then it would flip on for 2 seconds and then auto flip back to off.
You could not use the switch. There was no action option on the switch.
Now we are back to where we started. I can freely flip the switch and interact with the keypad as two separate pieces. So the keypad is back to not having an affect on the switch. Nothing prevents me from using the switch, nor does entering the code on the keypad affect the switch.

Issue: Unable to build Objects from C.A.M.P. Menu regardless of requirements. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)

Issue: Legendary Drop rate has WORSENED, dozens of reports of no Legendary items. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)

Issue: Corpses are vanishing in many cases almost instantly. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)
The NPC Corpses are turning into Meatpiles almost instantly and "Rubber Banding" back to the spawn location.
For both Random spawns and Fixed NPC spawn locations, they are occasionally completely vanishing.
This issue has existed since around Patch 9.0, but appears to have gotten worse in patch 11.0

Issue: NPC's Not Registering Damage from High Damage / RoF Weapons. (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Multiple Reports, Issue Started Pre-Patch 11, but seems to be a bit worse.
Significantly worse from Sneak, with High Rate of Fire Weapons, or "Very Fast" Melee Weapons, initial Damage is not registering.
With Melee It can be up to the first 4 strikes, with RoF weapons it seems roughly the same count.

Issue: Reduced Legendary NPC Spawn Rate. (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Multiple Reports.
Whitesprings, West Tek, Harper's Ferry, etc;
Typically will have multiple legendary enemies on each visit.
Post Patch 11 people are reporting zero legendary enemies at West Tek and Harper's Ferry and an average of 2 at Whitesprings.
Compounded with the Fact this patch is resulting the majority of Legendary Enemies not dropping any Legendaries for people (Countless posts on this) this "Nerf", unintentional or otherwise needs to be addressed.
The Multiple "Nerfs" to locations players like to "Farm" needs to be stopped and rolled back, with the slower pace of content releases the only thing the Higher level players, hard core fans etc can do at this point is cycle through these commonly hit locations and "Farm" them because everything has been accomplished.
Removing this as an option means alienating the player base further, which in the end costs Bethesda/Zenimax revenue.

Roll back the Nerfs to all of the worldspaces (White Springs and Watago being the two worst hit) and the Legendary NPC Spawn Rates.
Issue: Scorch Beasts might be the Cause of Deathzones players are encountering. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)
Multiple reports indicating the "Death Zones" seem to be Scorchbeast "Scream Attacks" that got stuck somehow.
While Fighting SB's, after being "screamed at" a deathzone appears (well it's invisible) and in some cases it happened more than once in the same zone while engaged with SB's.
A Cell Reset (no one in the Cell) and the Death zones vanishes, which would explain why White Springs has multiple reports because it almost never resets due to one or more players always there.

Issue: Excavator Carry Weight Issue Remains after "Power Armor Improvements". (Ticket Submitted on 07/17/2019)
Again Multiple Reports, suggest fix has been submitted and ignored.
Excavator Power Armor Weight Bonus is Erratic, often adding over the 100 Bonus or Subtracting 100 Carry Weight, and in the worst of the situations it actively fluctuates in game up and down during “High Server Stress” situations.
This is likely caused by where the effect is located, to “High” in the chain, and the main Power Armor Effects should not be checking for the Excavator Keywords continuously.
Fix:
Move the AbPowerArmorPerk_Excavator "Excavator Bonuses" [SPEL:005303FF] off the PowerArmorPerk [PERK:0001F8A9] which is linked to over 110 dependencies.
Once removed it can either be modified and Converted into:
-Object Effect / Enchantment and placed in the EITM / Object Effect field of each Excavator Power Armor Piece.
-Enchantment and added to the Power Armor Linings, Configured to match the Power Armor Pant’s in game currently with an Enchant and an Actor Value check in each piece.

Issue: Auto Completion of Quests bug that started under Patch 10 is worse under Patch 11.0. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)

Originally occurring with Patch 10.0 and it's considerably worse under Patch 11.0
For some when logging it it will log and report EVERY single active quest with sound effects and UI report when logging into the game the first time.
For others they are either getting "False Completions", "False Progress Updates" or worse they are successfully completing the requirements and the game is not registering the reset or is Resetting back to 0/X/

Issue crept in under Patch 10.0 however it seems to have gotten much worse under Patch 11.0
Many players are seeing duplicate Weapons and Armor (primarily) in their Inventories and many players are Deleting (Scrapping, Selling, etc) the Duplicates out of concern of it being a Ban worthy offense only to discover it was a UI Glitch and they have now lost the item.
Problem appears compounded by the new PA "Fixes" included in Patch 11.0, where there are duplication and deletions occurring server side.

Issue: Opening the Social tab while Renaming an object will lock you in the menus. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)

If you are in a workbench renaming an Object and open your social tab (Accept a team invite, etc.) you will become lock into both menus, unable to exit either.
This is reproducible with unhealthy frequency, and seems to effect those with large friends list nearly 100% of the time.

Old issue, almost B.E.T.A. age, but it seems to have gotten worse, when opening the Social tab, roughly one second after it shows on screen, your client will freeze and if any input is sent from the Keyboard/Mouse it will crash the majority of the time.
Freeze can last for as little as 3 or 4 seconds or as long as 2 minutes.
There is also a PROVEN coloration to a persistent FPS Drop in game linked to a larger (50+) Friends list.

Issue: Unable to Scroll or otherwise interact with NPC or Vending machine inventory. (Ticket Submitted on 07/18/2019)

Another Bug that cropped in around Patch 10.0 but appears to have gotten worse.
When Opening the NPC or Player Vending machine inventory you are unable to scroll, select, or otherwise interact with it.
It will often take two or more instances of backing out of the menu and returning before the option becomes available to interact in any meaningful way.

Based on the Information in the Mod it appears it the bonus Ammo Capacity was removed from the mod, but none of the other Mods were touched, Resulting in other mods on the weapon giving a higher ammo count.
Based on the actual weapon, with a base capacity of 30 rounds, the mod should have lost 5 - 10 rounds, as the practical example holds 75 rounds in real life.
Please don't just apply a nerf to all other Magazines, as one of the largest frustrations in the playerbase is the focus on "Nerfs" Vs Quality bug fixes

One of the Easiest to find Examples would at White Springs Cottages, the 2nd or 3rd Cottage from the West (WhiteSprings Train Station).
Previously Ghoul Corpses would drop below the stairs, now living Ghouls are getting stuck under the stairs and building.
Based on the growing "Sinkholes" I wonder if the "Death Zones" are not related to this.

QoL:

Issue: "Major Power Armor Update" is Exceptionally underwhelming, Revisit It. (Ticket Submitted on 07/16/2019)
Spending allot of time building up the major Power Armor update was a mistake in my opinion.The Stealthboy and HUD changes are both nice, but very minor all things considered.
Power Armor Remains the least powerful armor option once 1\ Legendary Armor comes into play,* and it's exponentially weaker once you reach 3* Armor.
The only major benefit(s) in favor of Power Armor remain:
-Nuke Zones
-Heavy Weapon Builds.
Many people only have a suit of PA for Nuke zones, and shockingly you'll find more people than you would expect choosing to use a Hazmat suit in it's place.
Additionally most Heavy Weapon builds taking advantage of 3* Armor are willing to take the Perk hit to keep the MASSIVE advantage Legendary Armor provides.
There are Literally hundreds of posts regarding this, below is one from Today.

The lag can be fatal, and having a minimap, even a limited one, would be a welcome addition.
Heck, even adding it linked to a Perk card would be exceptional.

To be Honest I can't decide if It should be Listed as an Exploit (I personally don't think it is one), a Bug or QoL Suggestion, but reporting it none the less.
This was brought up during the Alpha as well, along with a couple other Power Armor Related suggestions, but with in a couple hours there were several posts on Reddit Related to groups using the Power Armor Invuln period as a Defensive or Distraction based tactic.
As a core FO4 / FO76 function it shouldn't be removed of course, but in "Nuclear Winter" maybe the period should be tweaked a bit.

Turneringsregler:
Kunskapsnivå: Minst ett spel TI4 innan turnering (rekommenderas fler). Ska finnas grundläggande kunskap, erfarenhet och förståelse för spelet. Social kompetens: Trevlig och ett tillmötesgående uppträdande gentemot andra spelare och arrangörer. Fusk, dåligt språk och allmänt dåligt beteende renderar först en varning från arrangörerna och vid fortsatt brott mot dessa regler kommer den aktuella spelaren att uteslutas från turneringen. Rasvalet är hemligt fram tills att spelarna valt placering på den galaktiska kartan.
Rasmodifieringar: Tre raser har modifierats för att uppnå en bättre spelbalans. Universites of Jol-Nar: Endast två valfria teknologier (4 original) som inte kräver en ”prerequisite”. Federation of Sol: Versatile (en extra fri CT per runda) tas bort. Sardak N´orr: En valfri teknologi som inte kräver en ”prerequisite” samt att Valkyrie Particle Wave endast behöver en röd ”prerequisite”.
Galaktisk spelplan: Arrangörerna kommer att ha färdiga galaktiska spelplaner under de samtliga matcher.
Utplacering på spelplan Speaker går sist. Resterande spelare slår tärning. Högst väljer placering osv. Därefter avslöjas rasvalen och respektive spelare väljer tematisk rätt färg och placerar ut sina hemplaneter och styrkor. Bordet utser även en spelare att hålla reda på rundorna och vems tur det är. Ett turordningskort kommer att finnas på varje bord som kan nyttjas till detta.
Matchernas längd och avslutning Första spelaren att nå 10 VP eller sex timmars speltid. Spelarna uppmanas hålla god fokus på tiden för att kunna hinna spela klart innan speltidens utgång på 6 timmar. Arrangörerna kommer att annonsera varje timme samt när det återstår en halvtimme och sedan kvart kvar av den totala speltiden. Efter 6 timmar bryts spelet direkt och spelarnas VP räknas. Efter spelets slut så ska respektive spelares VP samt deras avklarade objektiv noteras i poängkortet som ligger vid varje bord.
Kiosk och Mat. Föreningen kommer att ha en kiosk igång under hela turneringen. Försäljning av dricka, godis, frukt och smörgås. Spellokalen ligger nära centrum och det finns ett flertal restauranger och matställen inom gångavstånd.
Boende: Det finns både vandrarhem, pensionat och hotell till bra priser i Lidköping med omnejd. Enklast är att söka eget boende via Booking.com eller Airbnb.

It is only when the payment is registered that the registration is final and the player has his place in the tournament secured. The payment must be paid no later than two weeks after notification. Tournament rules:
Basic gaming skill: At least one game TI4 before tournament (we recommended more). Social competence: Nice and accommodating behavior towards other players and organizers. Cheating, poor language and generally bad behavior will first render a warning from the organizers and in case of continued violation the offending player will be banned from the tournament. Any ingestion of food or drink takes place outside the table. Destroyed game components will be replaced economically by the causative player.

The player may NEVER play the same race twice during the tournament. We will also add the 4 highest ranked races in a special high-ranking pool. These races are Jol-Nar, Sol, Naaulu and Saar. Each player may only play ONE of these four races during the WHOLE tournament.
Promissory Notes: Support for the throne is removed as an available promissory note.
Race modifications: Three races have been modified to achieve a better game balance. Universites of Jol-Nar: Only two optional technologies (4 originals) that do not require a "prerequisite". Federation of Sol: Versatile (an extra free CT per round) is removed. Sardak N´orr: An optional technology that does not require a "prerequisite" and that Valkyrie Particle Wave only needs one red "prerequisite".
Galactic playing field: The organizers will have premade galactic playing maps during all the matches.
Deployment on the playing map: Speaker goes last. The remaining players rolls a dice. Highest number choose location and then second in order and so on. Each players race is revealed and the respective players select the right color thematically and place out their home planets and forces. The table also appoints a player to keep track of the rounds and whose turn it is. An order card will be available on each table that can be used for this.
Match length and finish First player to reach 10 VP or after six hours of playing time. The players are encouraged to keep focus on the time to be able to finish playing before the end of the game time. The organizers will announce every hour as well as when there is half an hour and then quarter of the total playing time. After 6 hours the game is finished immediately and the players' VP are counted. After the end of the game, each player's VP and their completed lens should be noted in the score card that is located at each table.
Kiosk and Food. We will have a kiosk running throughout the tournament. Sale of drink, candy, fruit and sandwich. The gaming place is close to the city center and there are several restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Accommodation: There are both hostels, guesthouses and hotels at great prices in Lidköping and the surrounding area. The easiest way is to search for your own accommodation via Booking.com or Airbnb.

Issue: Surveyor Outfit uses the wrong *.GO model (Preview).

A couple reports and confirmed in game, looking at the Outfit in the ESM it's clear the *GO.nif model is pointing at the wrong model, the Outfit uses the "5Suit" line and the model is pointed at "7Suit".

Issue: Tattered Mole Outfit has a small issue with the Boots while wearing UnderArmor.

Looking deeper and examining the ArmorAddon Record, this is the sole Outfit I could find that is using the Bone Data.
Having done more work in Fallout 4 on Outfits and Armor than I'd like to admit to, I know the Bone data can cause odd interactions in game, including morphology issues, I can't say with certainty this is the Root cause, but I'd start by stripping the Bone data and testing in game.
Fix:
Strip the Bone Data from the ArmorAddon and Test with Armor.

Issue: Legendary Ammo Weight Reduction Stops working with 4 pieces

Effecting all the Legendary Armor drops, the Rad-Resist Bonus on the Secondary (Major) Legendary effect is non-functional on most armor.

Fix:
Not all of the engine is decoded, but using what I can see, and using Fallout 4 I replicated the combination in that environment and I think there is a fix.
Nearly, if not all of the "Sizes" have a possible flaw in their Design. (As I can test and replicate)
They use a "Set" in the place of an "Add", which prevents additional changes from being made, or at the least results in erratic behavior in game.
This effects not just the Rad-Resist but Energy Resist is also incorrectly configured.
There are way to many "Size" OMOD's to list reasonable, but it is a fix that should take no more than 10 minutes total, but here is a practical example.

Issue: Legendary Weightless Effect is not calculating properly

In game many of the armor's either "break" (and begin registering their full weight) or end up weighting significantly more than they should after an upgrade. This is doubly true on Multi-Star Legendary items.
Fix:
The only other thing, when comparing the "Ultralight" vs the Legendary effect, which are for all intents and purposes the same, is the "Priority" value of 100 (NAM1).
Just a guess, but wondering if a higher priority in sorting OMOD's is causing the calculation of the weight to be "Off" in some instances and completely break in others (25 pound, Reduced Weight Missile Launchers for example)
Issue: Legendary Armor Effects Cluster on Specific Limb "sides" and other oddities
Sample size was more than 2*+ 3,000 legendary armors collected since beta started, with 6,023 pounds of Legendary Armor (after perks). Recording ended in the middle of December 2018.
Disproportionally high Light (and Medium Armor) drop rates post level 50.
A full 3/4ths was Light or Medium… 2/3rds of that being Light Armor. This affects Combat and Raider more than Metal and Leather.
Once I broke level 250 (End of December) the rate balanced a bit.
Left Limbs drop a full 20 to 50% more frequently than right for some sets, and the inverse on others (like Combat Armor).
Specific Legendary Prefixes were exceptions however, for Example Mutants and Nocturnal, I saw the inverse happen, almost no left limb drops, but 20 Mutant arm rights.
This becomes an issue with 2* & 3* Legendary items.

Unknown, could be RNG gods frowning on the 4 people who worked with me on this study,

Clothes / Fashion items no longer stack, bloating the length of the apparel menu.

So today on Reddit someone made a thread about a Swedish retailer which sells Tekken 7 on February 12th 2017.

I received an answer from the customer support since I tell them they were no official release date and that I saw no point on pre-ordering the game, and this is their reply (original then translated) :
"ag ser inte att det finns ett officiellt releasedatum i Europa eller USA än, men däremot så är just det bekräftade datumet från vår leverantör och då vi kommer ha spelet tillgängligt. Spelet skickas däremot först ett par dagar innan release så att man har det samma dag som det släpps."
Translation :
"I do not see that there is an official release date in Europe or the US yet, but it is precisely the confirmed date from our supplier and then we will have the game available. The game, however, sends only a few days before the release so as to have the same day it is released."
